QUINCY, MI (WTVB)- The Quincy Community Schools Robotics Team has received a financial boost from Women Who Care of Branch County.

The group voted during their February meeting to donate $11,000 to help purchase necessary items for the team to go to competitions.

Women Who Care of Branch County has now donated over $188,000 to the community since the group was organized locally.

The Quincy Q-bots Robotics team traveled to Jackson Northwest for the second competition of the season last week and had their best performance of the season making it into the third round of the semi-finals.
