A robotics team from Ecole Notre-Dame-du-Sault placed in the Top 50 at an international robotics competition.

NDS Alpha finished 45th in programming and driving skills and 48th in game play at VEX Robotics IQ Challenge World Championshps held in Louisville, Ky., in late April.

More than 400 elementary teams from 40-plus countries attended.

Team members are Cole Clement, Luke Dallaire, Ella Dubreuil, Gabriella Gutierrez and Liam Spacek.
