The summer camp is aimed at giving opportunity to all the corporation school students other than Thiru Vi Ka School. While intimation was sent to as many as 35 corporation schools, 25 students have enrolled so far for the camp, which will be held between 10 am and 12 pm. While the students, who are willing to join on Tuesday will also be entertained, the only condition is that their parents should accompany them to the camp.
G Sharmila, Madurai district coordinator of American India Foundation said that the basics of building a robot and operating them is being taught in the camp, which ends on Friday. There will be four experiments after building a basic robot. It includes making them to move, sense colour and sound, she said.
