Seventh and eighth graders Amisha Chandra, Elina Kim, Olivia Ramirez, Kristina Tu, of the Orchard Hills, Calif RoboHawks team wait in the practice queue to start off the VEX World Robotics Championships Thursday, April 25, 2019 in Louisville, Ky. This robot was their second robot design of the year. They redesigned in December after initially competing with a different robot that needed some tweaks according to coach Megan Lund. 

"They push through, these girls, they make mistakes and keep pushing through. They just keep trying and keep trying," Megan said with great pride for her all-girl squad.
